Lithotherapy: Which stone for which chakra?

What is a chakra?

To begin, let's remember what the chakras are.

They are localized energy centers in the human body. There would be thousands of them but we generally retain 7 main chakras , aligned from the base of the spine to the top of the head.

Each of these chakras is associated, among other things, with a color, organs of action, parts of the body and functions of the body and consciousness.

In lithotherapy , it is considered that minerals interact with the chakras by balancing them at the right vibration according to their color, thus making them work harmoniously, releasing blockages and problems related to the chakras (on the energetic, mental, emotional and physical level) due to their poor balance or functioning.

Here are the stones that you can use for each chakra , with examples for each color.
